Nope. The mint made it from copper-coated zinc, then somebody else got the coin, plated it with nickel, and re-plated it with copper.
Most likely plated with nickel (pure nickel is magnetic), then something else.
I would've gone with "pestilent", but I admire the sentiment all the same.
