I would grade your coin 64 or 65 from those images. It would need to be a 68 or better to make it worth the grading fees.

At this point, the Breen encyclopedia is about 30 years old. There were many coins that he called rare but are no longer thought to be rare.

The images are good enough to say that there is little to no luster left. The surfaces are dead. There is nothing wrong with buying it if you like...
