I see they didn't spare any expense with the quality of the metal in the awards. Corroded already since spring. I would have thrown it away too.

@RachelRuth Only going thru your first set of photos and everything appears to be die deterioration doubling. A possible die gouge at "Mountains".
Pics are way over pixelated. All I can say is you would be looking for a hook at the bottom of the G. If it's there, yes, if not, then no.
As Lawtoad said or a nice flat hit to the area. Not seeing any evidence of an overdate either.

Can't speak for the OP but it was a curiosity factor for me. After I saw enough of dumb I stopped being curious.
Here's another for 20K raw. Does show doubling at the date, but if this is the actual coin why was it not slabbed a long time ago....
