    Welcome to CT. You really don't want to clean your coins like this. It's going to kill the value of the coin. You should not rub coins with anything.

    If you are that sure of the coin, send it to PCGS. Without them calling it a proof, you have an MS coin.

    This banning was different. They removed almost 6000 post the member had made. That made it more than a molehill. Heather knew that and fixed it...
