    I'll go with AU. I would not do anything to the coin. I think a dip would kill any luster the coin has left. An acetone bath might lift a little...

    Coin worth...

    Your coin looks to be a proof. Full steps are normal. Not worth having graded. A business strike, UNC coin with full steps would have much more value.
