Would the missing second print still have the ghost image of the obverse on it? And, should the other serial number and treasury seal be there?...

How old is the grade? Older grades tend to be lower. This is much nicer than 53, 58 minimum maybe better.
Even in F-12 (which I think is a closer grade) this site lists it at $100. Granted some of their prices are slightly high....

Here are the 2 types. 1st is on a raised mound, second is on a flat plain. [ATTACH] [ATTACH]
The mound goes through the FIVE CENTS, while the flat line is above it.
