The images make it tough to really grade the coins. They look AU or MS something but that's just a guess. They look nice from what little I can see.

You can't. The coin will grade AU at best. The grading fees will be almost as much as the value of the coin. From the images, I'm not 100% sure...
In my area the libraries share books. You can request a book from a different library and it will be transferred.

The guy has some great coins and has really nice images. I don't see a reason to bash the guy.
