The areas I circled in black and yellow aren't really noticeable on the coin, even under 30x magnification; the photo seems to exaggerate them....

There are some scratches on the observe only visible under certain angles (the photo makes it look worse than in hand).

PCGS called this one an AU 53 [ATTACH]
That is on the coin, but it looks much worse in the picture than in person (where it isn't that noticeable).

Thank you! I found it, the date shows up as 1977 (EE 1970) on the listings on ebay. It also appears to be 1 oz silver.
