I would leave the set as is. Not that many around anymore. In 1983 the mint did not make the normal mint set. They did make the Souvenir sets....

Most in this hobby don't wear gloves but I don't think the gloves caused condensation. How did you remove the dust from the coin?

The OP has his images messed up but it does look like two different coins with the same die chip.
