It's possible this toning came from the type of holder the coin has been stored in. Call it AT or NT, still a pretty coin.

I don't know what to think about it from those images. You can't even tell if it's the week S mint mark because of the damage.

You can't fix it. Just save it with the other wheat cents but it's always cool to find a wheat cent.
It's interesting how these hard plastic holders will tone coins in different ways and sometimes not tone the coin at all.
You should get an album and start filling it. That's always fun.
