I love the semi key date early Lincolns. I am not saying it is fake, but the 31-S is highly faked, and the darkness around the S is a concern....

The combination of metals is prone to a variety of different patinas, toning and colors. Normal.
There's only one famous 1982-D small date copper penny. But if you have a gram scale you could weigh it to check.

The 2 mixed dates are odd.
Do you want to remove the coin from the plate? If it's welded on, I would leave it. If it is glued on, I think it can be removed.
If they are reprocessed (Littleton does that a lot) it's damaged. They put a new coating on to make it look all shiny and new, but it just ruins...
The 3 on a 1943 looks nothing like that. That is an altered coin. [ATTACH]
