    The coin actually looked normal before I sent it to PCI. It toned in the holder over the years. I could probably clean it up but it has other damage.

    1849 Large Cent.

    What are your thoughts on this coin. It's a problem coin for sure. I gave $2.00 for it about 30 years ago. It was blue at that time and still is....

    Guess the grade Morgan

    To me this is one of those coins that the grade just don't matter all that much. The joy of owning such a pretty coin is where the fun is.

    Are fingerprints a negative when buying a coin?
