Looks like a mint mark, which would make this a very valuable coin. I can't really tell. Perhaps another clear photo of the mint mark area.

Too many inferior Chinese made tools at HF. If that dime is MS (and IDK) it's in a 63 area and is prob only a very slight premium over melt.
Books can go "media mail", which is the lowest rate there is. But it probably doesn't allow for overseas. Media mail is slow and unreliable....

There are lots of things that change the copper color to pink. Vinegar, hydrogen peroxide. Lemon juice and salt will clean copper very well, but...

As far as zinc cents go this is one of the best I have ever seen.
That coin has been cleaned to death. Lincoln cents should not be pink. If it was a valuable coin, the cleaning has destroyed it.
Agree on the paint. I think if it sits in a small glass jar with acetone (and a lid) for a couple of days the paint should rinse off with water....
