It look like it to me, if so, its caused from " Intentional die abrasion " . I never could see why people pay so much money for theses ..

Heres one I have, this is its original luster ( color ) theses coins can tone...
I don't think it took a hit, at least from what I see . But who know .....
I like the low profile design on theses . could be a strike through or die clash .

Pcgs should of took close-ups of the mint-mark ...
I find it amazing neither wexler, or coneca has it listed . See if you can get a better image of the mint-mark . The close-up is to close to see ...

This one looks to be about 210 degrees, I also have one on Liberty and its running about 180 degrees ....

I've seen this before, I also collect gem stone and when I come across some rare stones, I go and visit my jeweler to set them and now and then...
