Cool die chips! That's a stain on the shoulder, most likely from the mint.
It has some luster.....it's a brownish, spotted, 99 year-old coin...it's not exactly brilliant anymore. LOL :D
I seriously doubt this coin is cleaned. I got it from my local deal and it was looked at by both owners, they are VERY particular about cleaned coins.
