It was struck 4 times, just not by a mint press ..
If done correctly you should be ok . Whats the difference if you send it to pcgs or anybody at that matter, for a couple of dollars they will...
Looks good .. Hopefully if it ever gets graded , it will pass through and not get an altered mark against it ..
yes, the showing of a crack in the die is stamps on the coin, then which transfers the crack image to the coin ...
