The 1964 AH are proof coins. Is that what you have? Images?
Sometimes you can put the stand on a box of some size to take full images. You just have to try it to see if the scope can still focus on the coin.
Two things to try. Power the laptop down and unplug the scope. Power the laptop back up and wait for it to fully load. Plug the scope into a USB...
