I always prefer buying mint and proof sets in hand. There's PLENTY of them out there if you just take your time and select only the finest.

What you would say. The TPG's are way too tough on coins with color. I rarely bother submitting them anymore.

As best as I can tell from those pics they are all large dates. Just a phishing scam IMO. He's trying to get someone ignorant to buy them not...
