At the time I wrote that post, I was unaware in a change of the zinc cent tolerance which is +/- .10 g. 2.40-2.60 range.
Also the zinc cents have a different patina with the shiny copper plating, as opposed to a copper cent with full luster. Take care of yourself Paddy.
