I'll take the 65-FS over the 66 any day! The design is more complete than the 66 and the steps are definitely full. No contest IMHO!

I agree with Doug and Duke. I like the first coin best, and I like the 2nd photograph best. Both very nice coins, hard to go wrong with either!
