Here's a 1999 capped die error.
This is my favorite error coin. It's a broad strike with a partial brockage. Inside the brockage you can see incused MERI. ULTRA COOL ERROR! :D
Here's the other one I found in my friend's change hoard, he told me to keep it. :D That was my motivating factor to sell the other one.

Whao....NGC is crazy giving that WAM a 67! The 65 I found was nicer, I'll post it tonight. The 99D is the BOMB.....very nice coin!
Completing a wheat cent collection is more difficult than most people realize. I suggest first trying a local dealer or coin show.

That's an extremely low grade and price. I don't think I've ever seen one below 67. It's a very rare coin nonetheless. I cherrypicked the 1999...
