Your coin cannot have 2 VAMs. A VAM is created by a specific set of dies (obverse and reverse) that are paired together. Coins struck from those...
Looks like a cracked planchet to me because the crack is into the coin. A die crack would be raised on the coin.
There are several clues that some of these coins are fakes other than the obvious (wrong weight, wrong material, color, lack of details, etc.)....
It means NGC would not slab it (unless it slipped past them somehow). I think ANACS would slab it with a notation of "Altered Surfaces", "Cleaned"...
I don't see a mintmark. It looks like a 1909 to me. Is it a VDB?
