Tough coin in MS with any red, I bet they RB'd it. The slight woodgraining, spotting and weak luster bring it down, I'd call it a 64RB...
Blazing luster...it almost looks cameo!
Impaired obverse luster and the spots....but I think it has eye appeal. 65+
Weak strike, couple of obverse spots that may have developed, 66 but I'm not rolling the dice.
I can tell it's a blazer, nice orange-peel luster on the obverse and you can see the die polish lines on the reverse.....beautiful coin!
He clearly states his coins are AT. I don't mind, I think they are actually pretty cool looking.
I believe the weight tolerance is +/- 0.1 g, it could be dirty, and/or your balance is out of calibration.
You cannot "unclean" a coin. The damage is done. IMO, the best hope is to make a pocket piece out of it and carry it for several years to wear it...
