I would only go with PCGS myself. NGC gets questionable at the 67 level but PCGS is pretty consistent. Remember - buy the coins and not the holders.

Based on the 66RD's you usually post, I'd say NGC was smoking some good stuff when this coin came through.

Wow...that's a die scratch? Impossible to tell from the picture....looks like a hit. If this coin was hammered just a little harder, it would be a 7.
Sure looks nicer than a 66 from those pictures IMO. The 2 reverse field hits around O and N must have held it back because I bet this has the luster.
