    I missed this one WOW! No Bids!

    I can't say for sure - the pictures do not inspire my confidence in the grade of the coin. Plus I am not sure I would go with that price guide...

    I think they are, but I am not positive. Probably get a lock smith to get it open and build a new one. Also you may want to search for the empty...
