If the color is accurate, sort of pinkish-red? I'd think it had been cleaned. On the obv I see what look like hairlines from NE to SW....

The coin in the OP looks totally original and AU50 at least IMO; I agree with the majority here that conservation/dirt removal/whatever you call...
I believe it was polished, which eliminated the luster and created the reflective surfaces, then coated with something that created the "crackled"...

What's that in the left obv field of the Frankie? Almost looks like a struck through thread.
Looks AU to me. A nice strike with almost all the stars complete. Obverse is very sharp, I like it.
