ANACS has graded these as low as MS64, maybe they were the bulk handled items.
I checked they list the RPM-1 but I could not find the RPM-2 listed. So I figure they wouldn't slab it. If you know of the PCGS number for this...

I believe they got it right, look at the area by the foot and around the date. I think it's a nice coin good for a 7070 Dansco.
