Looks like a perfect 58 to me.
That's amazing. On the rev, EPU almost looks like it's some kind of code. Really cool.
53? Another nice one!
I was gonna guess MS 64 (well struck!) before I saw the reveal. Nice proof.
You could look at Bowers' book on Colonials, he assigns each variety a URS # that corresponds to a rough estimate of the numbers extant for each...
I'll stick my neck out a little and guess 58. Pretty coin!
Love the color on the 1907 HR.
The way I "read" the photos was that there was considerable gray metal (rub) on the high points... more than a trace...which to me ruled out AU58....
I think QT.

That is a beautiful example of one of the most interesting issues (imo) in American classic coins. AU55?
That is another beautiful coin! I'll guess AU53.
It seems odd to have the toned obv with an untoned ring around it,almost like a pad with some chemical was placed on it,and that even yellow tone...
I'm going to say 45 for the heck of it, my usual disclaimer that luster is very hard to judge on static photos. Great looking coin!
I think the Peace is AT, based on the toning pattern, and also it just looks "heat treated" to me.
