Beautiful coin. Nice die cracks and what looks to be clashed on the reverse. Probably got a CC bump, so I am at MS65 PL. Overall, a wonderful example.
I don't think a third party grader can designate a new VAM. As far as I know it has to first be analysed by Leroy VanAllen, to accredit a new VAM....
