The photos are really too blurry to make a determination on either grade or FB, but I am still going with MS67 FB.

I don't see any wear, but the luster profile looks strange. Based on those photos, it has a washed out dipped appearance that NGC loves to grade...
The reverse looks gem to me, but the hits on the obverse are right in the focal area and the overall mushiness of the obverse strike also prevents...

BINGO! [IMG] This coin has really grown on me over time, and I think it looks much better in the new edge view slab with that wonderful 5FS...
If you sent this coin to the TPGs, I think it would come back low MS half the time, so I would be too hard on yourself if I were you.

People grade every date/mm, but there were no mint sets in 1982 & 1983, so gem grade full step examples from those years are very valuable. NGC...
MS61 It is both scruffy and spotty (milk spots), especially on the obverse. I don't see any friction in the fields that would cause it to grade...
