@Fallguy I used Photoscape ( a free program, because I'm a cheap SOB). First I cropped the OP's image, the I re-cropped the mint mark and enlarged it.

The label looked ragged to me, which made me think they used a slab like I use. Also the way they sealed the edge.
Try some string.
I use those slabs for coins/tokens I don't send in for grading.[ATTACH]
