Not sure how big your coins are but Eagle products make an album that holds American Silver Eagles in air tites. They may make them for smaller coins.

I just read on an NGC forum that it was the pointed 9 found along with the Accented Hair Kennedy Half in early 1964 Proof Sets.
I'm not sure. I didn't get mine in a set with the half dollar. But it was probably so. The pointed 9 is the more rare proof.
