Start a new thread, in either ERROR COINS or WHAT'S IT WORTH?. Post clear, cropped, close-up photos of the front (obverse) and back(reverse)....
The backwards "unum" above the tilted memorial on the reverse and the smashed obverse makes me think it is a vise job but others smarter than me...
