The I and B in liberty is almost not there
I can see an extra tip and eyebrow with an extra 4 in the date.

I also have a 61 similar but a little better but found that was normal

No my blind eye because my eye sight is fading I really have to look under a big magnifier to see them and yes normally naked eye
