That is not true - you will find MS coins without complete 4 diamonds. A well struck coin will have the 4 diamonds. So for example a choice XF45...
I doubt it. One recently sold on heritage for 4K with AG details. This one has more meat on it that the one on Heritage. So probably 6k to 8k...
