Be very careful with grading your peace dollars as they need to look nearly flawless to get a 65.

I think the chop marks are a cool addition and help to add character to trade dollars. The mark on the rev. of your coin looks like a test drill...
My guess is a MS and is only a guess...rounded edges, light abrasion, old cleaning?...looks proof because of dark toning.
65+ Nice luster...all Morgans have bag marks...a few stains may keep it from a 66.
