The first I might agree. The second has separation lines and a tilt. Neither has a burst in the plating. or ( splayed open) thanks for the input...

Are you speaking of both coins or just the first?
@ theshoegazer I rarely get any foreign coins either. If I do they are Canadian. i Live in Colorado. the same goes for Philadelphia coins....

The first I cannot identify. It looks a lot like the second pic. Maybe a lds[ATTACH] The D below is rpm 3 -copper coins[ATTACH]

I guess i deleted RPM. Between the mass amount struck and the plating issues. The RPMs are hard to find.
If it gets over 5 variety's for the issue, How many progressions does it take?
