This is a later die state. The picture is showing the die wear, as possible MD doubling. This one is not Md though.
md can happen anywhere on the obv or rev. one letter, one word. etc.
I got one that has the same crack on the torch. It runs north and touches the U. Also has great eye appeal.
I see a 65 but could see them giving it a 64bn.
