Hard to tell from photos but it looks like a plating issue on a zinc Cent. It's worth the cost of a penny and a flip to keep it.

The S looks like Damage but it's s small date.
The eyebrow looks like a common die chip and the reverse is a slight MAD. That makes it worth ten cents.
My local Goodwill does not sell coins.
