My thoughts- 1892CC- F15 1890CC- VF20 (barely) , rim bump 1878CC- Fine+ range but cleaned and buffed.

From what I can see, I have a hard time seeing anyone knowledgeable paying $100 retail for that one. JMO. It's about as common as circulated CC's get.
