The weak "Liberty" might bother some, and discount the value a little, but overall the detail looks to be VF.

It looks pretty nice, but your quarter needs to be a true uncirculated specimen to be worth much of a premium. Not sure about yours I see some marks.

I believe it will grade at least VF20, by today's standards. The rim bumps do make it a bit of a problem coin though.
