When the doubling occurs on the date and the MM you can chalk it up to either Mechanical doubling or DDD. The MM were hand punched into the die...

Its turning some, still soaking and que tipped! The stain will allways be there.
The coin is absolutely lustrous especially the rev. Had album dust on it. And, paid a 64 BN.
