I am in the 64+ camp, definitely muted luster, or low on the contrast.
the coin got a coupe rubs, I would say a technical Au58. A slider in my opinion, the hair lines are light.

I would have much rather found this CWT raw, It is very lustrous, and not being able to see the blue luster covering the coin, I can agree.
Proof cents (S) are struck with dies that are prepared differently than business strikes. The S stands for San Francisco.
