I believe whizzed coins can have slightly different looks, depending on the brush or tool used. But the "luster" will always be unnatural. Years...
I'm thinking MS63, and the toning might bump it a few dollars. Pretty.

It looks like a problem coin the way I see the pics. If there's luster there it's not visible to me.
