The 4 has a small die chip forming in the top of it. The 1 or whatever is under it is to blurry.

It's damaged but it's a plating blister. A plating bubble of you prefer.
Always best to post both sides of the coin. This is the large letter variety.

The US Mint produces all the coins so there really is no difference except for the packaging.

It's a normal business strike but it sure has not been circulated. Still worth a nickel despite being so nice.
EYE is a stamp that was added after the bill left the BEP. This is not an error but rather Damage. The bill is trashed so it's a spender.
