You can buy the coins quite openly, what I do believe the German goverment is aiming at is overt displays of Nazi memrobilia or flags & uniforms...

It is a French pre Euro 10 franc bi metalic the statue is the 'Spirit of Bastille' There are a run of the same design but with differing dates :smile
