The US Postsl Service sold them. They were put together by a third party.
There's always other places to shop. :) If I had them in my area I'd be shopping elsewhere.
Most places do sell them at face as a courtesy to their customers but it is not against the law to charge more. I'm still using my old collection....
It's all a part of us getting to know you and for you to know us. The teasing continues but the respect grows. It just takes time.

Actually you can buy postage stamps from UPS, at the grocery store, Wal-Mart or several other places.
We can use almost all of them. That is just a small assortment of what I actually have. We are into antiques.
