Common for the year to look like that. Also normal for an O mintmark. If you think it's an XF coin, then you need to do some research.
The doubling is from a tired worn die and it has been damaged on the reverse.
If it's made like a sugar cookie then you bake st 350 degrees for 12 minutes or until the edges turn brown. If it's a real coin, never.
