Do you see the writing near the left of the o.
I think this coin is an error too. to the left of the o I can see an E and S plus indistinct writing. STATES is on the same side as this writing....
Also there is something weird next to the o, it looks like writing but i cant tell.
if you look at some 1902 o coins they have a tilted o to the left all others point to right.

It depends on the condition of the coin but I will estimate from 30 cents to 1 dollar.
I found a 1958 penny plain mintmark and it looks like there is an extreme doubled die on the reverse. do you know how much its worth?
