Not sure of all the wording sorry for any confusion. There is excess material under the bucket on my 2015 Nebraska state quarter.
I've found one where the cudding is under the bucket. It looks like the bucket has a hole in it and all the water is leaking out
Just found this 1952. Nickel in my change it has a lite s mint mark and a lite d mint mark. I haven't seen anything about this type of error...
